Seek inspiration for your self build home at our Self Build Show Centre in St Neots. We have five beautiful and fully furnished show homes on site, all in very different designs to suit a range of tastes.

Our five show homes are:

The Gransden – a traditional  4-bedroom home with exposed beams and a feature inglenook fireplace. This country-style home oozes vintage charm, but also incorporates a modern-day aesthetic in the open-plan kitchen and living space.

The Milchester – a regal 5-bedroom home characterised by its many beautiful windows and its double chimneys. The interior is light and elegant, with period-inspired features and traditional décor enhancing the Georgian-style architecture.

The Caxton – this is everything you could want a country cottage to be, with dormer windows, internal wooden beams and a magnificent inglenook fireplace. The Caxton has been recently refurbished and incorporates wood and other natural materials to create a cosy yet luxurious feel.

The Wickhambrook – a barn-style home that despite its traditional looks contains high-tech features, including solar panels, an air source heat pump and rainwater harvesting plant. Natural light floods into this 4-bedroom house, thanks to highlights including a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen and a double-height ceiling in the reception hall.

The Elsworth – The first UK show home built to Passivhaus standards using Kingspan TEK structural insulated panels. The contemporary exterior of this 3-bedroom home is echoed on the inside, with open-plan living space, minimalist kitchen design, and mid-century décor.
