Stunning Timber Frame Home

Seven years ago, Adrian and Georgina purchased a plot which would later become the canvas for their very own self build.

The existing house needed substantial renovation, so the couple applied for planning permission to knock it down and replace it with a modern, up-to-date property that better suited their needs.

The couple investigated Kingspan Timber Solutions after seeing us at a Build It Live exhibition – and their neighbour had built two houses with us already. Adrian and Georgina decided to go ahead due to our solid reputation – and we were also good on price.

The finished house is a testament to the couple’s hard work throughout the build. Externally the house sits comfortably in its surroundings with warm tones running throughout the wood cladding and roof tiles.

Internally the house continues the warm and cosy cottage feel with exposed brickwork on the fireplace and earthy tones in the kitchen.
