Following an accredited structural survey on a Victorian terraced house in East London, some structural repairs are required on a renovation project, which are fairly major.

I would like to get professional specifications drawn up under advisement that are:

A) suitable to obtain building control (BC) approval for self build and/or master trades where appropriate after approval.

B) Specs to be suitable for self build implementation after approval and/or suitable for master trades to be able bid for if a self build approach is all or partially too risky/not viable.

C) I would want the work inspected and tested at suitable milestones whether it's self build or trades work.

I can approach the surveyors company I have used already, who consider some of the work straight forward for master tradesmen, but nonetheless quite a massive job.

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest any potentially suitable fully qualified accredited surveyors that I could approach that understand the self build industry?
