So, once you are happy with your design, they can help you to navigate some of the tricky hurdles associated with gaining planning consent. If your project is unusually complex, we may advise you to take specialist planning advice.

Knowing what is required can be tricky, as regulations frequently change and are dependent on where in the UK you are planning to build.
