This state-of-the-art eco home was built with energy saving in mind. The rear half of the property was built into a hillside and insulated to a very high standard to minimise heating demand.
Lee Brown and Andrew Hubble, ex-owners of Coefficient Renewable Heating Solutions and now Technical Systems Engineers at IMS Heat Pump, installed a ground source heat pump to provide the ultimate low carbon heating & hot water solution as well as underfloor heating throughout the house.
