MBC High-Performance Wall System and our Passive Twin Wall System are manufactured off-site at our modern factory and delivered to site in panels, enabling a very quick erection process.

MBC Passive Twin Wall offer the highest energy efficiency, cost savings, and year-round comfort by minimizing heat loss and gain, reducing utility bills, and creating a sustainable, healthy indoor environment.

The MBC Passive Twin Wall System is offered in a range of wall thicknesses.

300mm = 0.12W/m2K  I  350mm = 0.10W/m2K  I  400mm = 0.09W/m2K

The MBC High-Performance Wall System:

Incorporating many of the philosophies used in the MBC Passive House solution, the 140mm thick wall Closed Panel System starts with a 0.18WW/m²K U-Value wall.  There’s a mid-range wall type delivering 0.14W/m²K U-Value and the range is completed with the “close to passive” wall type, offering an impressive 0.11W/m²K U-Value.

The MBC closed panel system incorporates many of the philosophies used in the Passive system. All systems offer excellent air tightness and are significantly greater than building regulation requirements.

MBC Wall Systems are Energy Efficient Timber Frame solutions to be used in tandem with our Passive Foundation system and Passive Roof System.

Suitable for all External Leaf Options ie: block work, stone, cement board, timber cladding etc…
