Our country buildings division provide a range of expertly crafted timber outbuildings including annexes, single storey and room above garages as well as barns, pool houses and stables.

Through the use of traditional construction methods and modern computer-generated design techniques, you will have an oak frame building that is finished to the very highest standard and to your exacting requirements.

Our design service allows you the opportunity to work alongside our knowledgeable team of regional design consultants to bring your dream oak frame outbuilding to reality, whether choosing an existing design from our range or a completely bespoke design.

Increasingly popular, annexes offer a versatile covered space in your garden or grounds that can be used for additional accommodation, a work or hobby space.

Our single storey garage range includes the Kenchester, Canterbury, Highgrove and Cotswold. These can incorporate two or more bays. Dependent on your requirements, this range can be built with either a 25 or 35 degree roof pitch, at a depth of 5.5m or 6m and in some cases can be built within permitted development (not requiring planning permission).

Our extremely popular room above garage range offer flexible and multi-functional spaces both on the ground floor incorporating car ports or enclosed garages, and the first floor being turned into additional accommodation, a spacious workspace or a studio for your hobbies. Due to their ridge height the Little Gloucester, Gloucester, Porchester and Winchester will require planning permission.

If you are looking for something slightly larger, Garden Barns offer high vaulted ceilings with sufficient height to allow a mezzanine floor. Barns can be a truly multi-functional space that you can use for additional accommodation e.g. holiday accommodation, for entertaining or adapted to be used as a stunning pool house.
