Skirting World’s internal door frame collection spans both MDF and Pine options, each engineered for precise installation and lasting performance. Our MDF door frames feature high-density construction, providing excellent stability and smooth surfaces for finishing. Each set includes all the components required – frame pieces and door stops (slamming strips) – designed for efficient assembly in British interiors.

Pine alternatives offer traditional appeal with modern engineering. Standard configurations accommodate door widths of 762mm and 838mm and double sets, while bespoke sizing services cater to specialised requirements. The frames arrive primed or undercoated, ready for final decoration. Both MDF and Pine variants provide robust construction for everyday use, with precise tolerances ensuring proper door operation. Complementary architrave options allow for coordinated door surrounds, creating cohesive interior schemes.

Our door frames are composed of superior HDF, for hard wearing ability and a smooth finish with precise tolerances. Six pieces are provided per set, three for the frame and three for the slamming strips. The head sits on top of the legs and creates a robust configuration.
