Our insulated loft hatch is made to the highest of standards to ensure it meets Part L of the Building Regulations, achieving a U-Value of 0.34W/m2k which when installed provides the Clear Opening size of 520 x 620mm which also meets the latest NHBC Guidelines.
This lightweight Draught Sealed Loft Hatch incorporates a 40mm thick Danopren TR40 Insulation infill to the rear of the door to help the Hatch achieve the required U-Value of 0.34 W/m2K.
Not only does our new Loft Hatch provide the required Part L Building Regulations U-Value and provide the required NHBC clear opening size, but it is also extremely aesthetically pleasing due to the near, clear and modern finish. The Hatch arrives on site Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss as standard (other RAL colours are available upon request at an additional cost if required).
