The term Pocket Plot may conjure up an image of a tiny property but the latest option released by Graven Hill can accommodate a two or three bedroomed detached house with space for gardens and parking. Plots start from just £90,000, meaning purchasers should be able to complete their new home via the turnkey route from just £230,000 (or as low as £200,000 if you complete the internal fit out yourself).
