Graven Hill, the UK’s largest self and custom build development is hosting an event for their Help to Buy Scheme on Saturday 28th September.
The event will give visitors the opportunity to ask questions about the scheme, which has been created to encourage more people to embark on custom building.
The Help to Buy Scheme means that self builders can now secure a plot on the Graven Hill site with only a five percent deposit, with the initiative available on all custom build homes at Graven Hill.
The event will offer visitors the opportunity to find out more about the scheme, with expert advice and answers from specialists including IMS Mortgages and Help to Buy South. Both first-time buyers and existing homeowners are encouraged to come along and ask questions.
Karen Curtin, managing director at Graven Hill, said:
“At Graven Hill, we are keen to create a community that is accessible to everyone. Help to Buy is a key part of this, ensuring that all our custom build homes are affordable, even to those taking their first steps onto the property ladder.
“Many people are still unsure of the benefits of the Help to Buy scheme, so this event will provide a brilliant opportunity to talk to industry experts, ask questions and find out everything you need to know about the scheme.
The event is being held at the Show Home on the Graven Hill site, Bicester, OX25 2AQ on Saturday 28 September, between 10 am – 4 pm. Book your place on the Graven Hill website.
