Steve and Jane Morton have breathed new life into their Arts & Crafts style property with the help of their architect son-in-law.
Together, they’ve added a single-storey extension that transforms the small, dark kitchen and opens up the living space.
The sympathetic extension floods this area with light while paying homage to the Arts & Crafts style and leaving the first floor views unrestricted.
The renovation also saw the addition of underfloor heating, further insulation, LED lighting and double-glazing throughout – completely modernising the Mortons’ home.
