After initially writing off this 1980s pebbledash property, Jonathan and Jane Eddy came to recognise its potential as the perfect holiday home.
With the help of D3 Architects they have reconfigured the interior and transformed the outside of the property – turning the dwelling into a contemporary retreat.
The couple opted for an upside-down layout to ensure they were able to enjoy the setting during the day.
Extensive glazing and a large balcony also help make the most of the stunning coastal views. This element required planning permission, which was approved in just four weeks.
