Use the code BUILD for 20% offAn executive self-build development at Wynyard Park is proving popular, with over 60 plots sold or under construction across the site in north east England.
Infrastructure works are ongoing to facilitate the building of individual homes. The scheme is now in its fourth phase, with 13 serviced plots for sale from £300,000 (four of which have already been sold).
Each dwelling must follow the design code for the development, ensuring a consistent aesthetic and standard across the site, with Wynyard Park reviewing plans prior to planning application.
Beyond this, owners are free to self-build via whatever route they choose – whether that’s self-managed, handled by a main contractor or overseen by a professional.
“When we originally decided to include areas for self-build as part of the masterplan we were confident that they would be popular as it is a highly desirable and sought-after location,” says Matt Johnson, Wynyard Park’s development director. “This certainly proved to be the case as the first developments have sold well from plan. The new plots on Lyndhurst offer new opportunities.
“Buyers are telling us that they are attracted by the chance to create a home that is unique and designed exactly to suit them, rather than one designed as part of an overall housing development.”
