I was wondering how much a standard, square, two-bed bungalow would roughly cost to build on my parents plot of land? The square meterage would be between 85-95m2.
The land is ready to build and already has planning permission. The bungalow calculator gave me an estimate of around £160,000 but I am not sure if that includes land costs in greater London?

The Build It Cost Calculator is a ready reckoner for the construcction and fiit-out, and provides an output based on industry assumptions.
It doesn’t include land costs, nor costs for finance, professional fees, planning and Building Regulations, insurances and connections to services as these are all highly project-specific.
You are also invited to input your own costs for the kitchen, sanitaryware and external landscaping, as prices for these elements will vary widely depending on the quality and specification you prefer.
