How should I go about dividing my plot of land into sub plots?
I am interested in a plot of land that is approximately 10 acres. I am thinking of dividing it into 20 half acre plots for self builds.
I am wondering what would be the best way forward. I did see an article in your magazine 2-3 months ago, where they divided the plot into 13 sub plots. Unfortunately I don't have the magazine now.

Hi David,
Unfortunately we can’t seem to locate this specific feature you refer to where the land was divided into 13 plots. However, we would recommend reading our advice on serviced self build plots here.
We would also advise getting in touch with the National Custom and Self Build Association (NaCSBA) for advice on how best to go about dividing your land up, or other relevant companies such as Potton or Oakwrights who sell self build plots across the UK.
